Our focus is providing quality personal care for Adults and the Elderly facing challenging situations with Physical health difficulties, learning disabilities, Dementia, other mental health difficulties, and people presenting with behaviour that challenges. Services for Adults and the Elderly also include Respite Care, Live-in-Care, Companionship, and Semi Independent Supported Accommodation for ages 16 plus.

Our organisation works closely and collaboratively with your GP and all the other members of the multidisciplinary team from the NHS, Social Services and independent community organisations involved in supporting you with your mental health, physical health difficulties and your social care needs.

Safety of all our clients is paramount;  we ensure robust safeguarding policies and protocols that we employ are followed to protect all adults and young people from any form of abuse, neglect or improper treatment. We also have mandatory Safeguarding Training that is up to date and all staff members are familiar with the safeguarding policies and protocols. All our carers have an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check to ensure your safety.

We are able to tailor make services according to the needs of  the adults and older adults and also as per the requirements of the local authority.
