CARER

Are you someone caring, reliable, with an enthusiastic work ethic and striving to make a positive impact to the lives of people with learning disabilities, physical health and mental health difficulties?

Your role will include the provision of Personal Care:

Assistance with daily routines including washing, bathing, dressing, general grooming, feeding, cooking and cleaning

Attending medical appointments and observing/ administering medication to the service user if part of the care plan

Driving/accompanying a person to access the community- Drivers Preferred but not essential- Business Mileage paid

CARE COORDINATOR

(DOMICILIARY CARE)

Are you a compassionate, experienced carer with minimum 1 year experience, great communication and leadership skills, ready to inspire a team?

Your role will include Provision of Personal Care for emergency cover:

Mentoring and Supervising a team of care support
Supporting new carers in the Care Certificate Induction Programme
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and employees
Rota planning with balanced staff quantity, skillset and fair allocation of days off and annual leave
Attend client visits for the provision of personal care if emergency cover is required
Assessment of clients, documenting care plans, risk assessments, coordinating provision of client care
Ensure Service Users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
Conducting Incident + root cause analysis reports and subsequent action plans under the supervision and support of the registered manager

Specific Requirement For Qualifications

Minimum 1 years experience as a carer
Computer literacy for Microsoft and Outlook
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle- ESSENTIAL- Business mileage paid
